The customer has the right to return or exchange the product for any reason within 3 days of receiving the order.
We cover the costs of return or replacement: if the product has a defect or manufacturing defect or the correct order does not arrive.

The full amount of the product is returned to the customer by returning the amount to his bank account if payment was made through the bank account, or upon receipt if payment was upon receipt.
The quantity allowed for testing in oud: 3 grams, and in paints: a drop on the fabric, provided that the tip of the bottle does not touch the hand directly. In perfumes, only a sample is allowed to be tested or the perfume itself is allowed to be tested if it arrives without a testing sample.
The return process may take a maximum of 5 business days.
The return does not include international orders unless the product or store is defective.
